Beloved Prophet: Popular Front Campaign Begins

Beloved Prophet Campaign
E M Abdul Rahman, national chairman, Popular Front of India inaugurates 'Beloved Prophet' campaign at Kayamkulam
Kayamkulam (Kerala): The life and message of Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) are becoming more and more relevant in this present time, when the reports of the dirty life of political and community leaders in their personal and public lives are making headlines day by day, opined E M Abdul Rahman, national chairman, Popular Front of India. He was inaugurating statewide campaign- Beloved Prophet- being organized by the state committee here at Kayamkulam.
He also said that the leaders like Carl Marx and Frederick Engels the proponents of new political and economic theories which were said to be capable of changing the world, had been moved to museum. Marxism which came as a panacea for capitalism has become its subsidiary now. Communism could not survive even for a life span of an average human being. The ruling classes across the world are hell bent to destroy all the values passed through various civilizations around the world and inherited by generations to generations. The new generations are on the quest for a change from these kinds of anarchy. Here comes the relevance of Prophet’s life and the message it gives, he added.
Even though the historians called him revolutionary and messenger of peace, they were not ready to agree his prophet hood that he is the messenger from God Almighty. The love of the prophet is the part of Islamic belief. And only by following the footsteps and teachings of that prophet throughout the life one can love him, he opined.
The twenty first century still waits for a change. And it is our duty to take up the lead and bring that change by becoming right inheritors of prophet’s legacy, he added.

Karamana Ashraf Moulavi, state president of Popular front, Kerala, presided over the function. Abdul Rahman Baqavi, state president, All India Imams Council delivered the key-note address. Imams Council leader Fathuddeen Rashadi, SDPI leader Muvattupuzha Ashraf Moulavi and Popular front district president K S Sirajuddeen also spoke. The ‘Beloved Prophet’ campaign which aims at propagating the life and messages of the prophet Muhammed, will last up to 25th of this month.
The campaign has been planned in the backdrop of increasing insults upon him from various corners around the world. This anti prophet crusade was evident right from Danish cartoon to question paper set by Kerala professor. And there are attempts to highlight some parts of his teachings discriminately instead of looking at it as a whole. At the same time what the history shows to us is the picture of a prophet who has solved all the problems faced by the mankind. But the western world has been trying to impress upon the Muslim world that it’s right to indulge in mere some observances instead of making his teachings applicable in social, economical and political spheres.
As part of the statewide campaign area conventions, seminars, essay competition for college students, quiz program for women and children etc. will be held throughout the sate.
